If you have created a PERMIS account but are having issues logging in, please follow the steps below:
First, try logging in with your last known account details. This is the username and password that you last used to login to PERMIS. If the system logs you in, great! If however you receive an error message, please proceed to step 2 below.
If the system did not log you in successfully, you would have received one of a number possible LOGIN FAILED error messages. These error messages, as well as what to do if you encounter them, are listed below:

PERMIS account exists, however the password that you entered for your PERMIS account is invalid.
You have an active PERMIS account, however you have entered the wrong password for the account.

PERMIS account exists but is inactive.
You have an existing PERMIS account, however the account has become inactive.
This could be for a multitude of reasons, such as:
You are a new employee at WCG and your appointment date falls within the past 3 - 4 weeks.
You have recently been re-appointed, with your new appointment date falling within the past 3 - 4 weeks.
Your salary level, department or job title has changed in the past 3 - 4 weeks.
Please note that it can up to 3 - 4 weeks for your employee record to reflect in PERMIS.
If none of the above apply to you, please try resetting your password using the link at the bottom of the screen or by clicking on this link. Resetting your password may re-activate your account.
If the problem persists, please contact your relevant PERMIS administrator for assistance.
